Proposed Track: Community Building & Collaboration

Summary: 2011 was a great year for the Front End Developers in Brazil and Mozilla was very involved. In this talk I'll make an overview about how the JavaScript developers community has grown in Rio de Janeiro (and Brazil as well), how it's related to Mozilla and how important it is to improve their engagement on Mozilla even further, so 2012 can be a lot better.
