Justification

Why are we doing this?

• This is (obviously) part of our tablet refresh and enhancement strategy towards increasing our marketshare, including making Firefox more attractive for potential preinstall opportunities on tablet devices
• User value/delight - other browsers do not currently optimize for various form factors, and we can provide added value for users on devices that are increasingly used for browsing
• Demonstrating excellence on tablets could also make us more valuable and attractive to potential third-party integration partners
• If these optimizations include improvements around how we handle form auto-fill and to better support mobile shopping, this further supports our ecosystem-related goals
