FirefoxOS Secure Development & Testing Guidelines

The goal of this effort is to create guidelines for App developers on how to develop secure apps, and how to use the Firefox OS APIs safely. The second part of this is to create guidelines for reviewers/testers to help them verify the security of Apps.
