SSO should use the user credentials we already have in Project X

We should start with a fresh user database, instead of bootstrapping from AMO, Firefox Sync, or some other source. Project X will be able to integrate this web-based SSO and it will be a one time inconvenience for your users. Aking 13:25, 10 November 2010 (PST)
