  • General - there are a few Mobile sessions in Sched for Whistler week, including an in-person version of this one.

Android Happenings

  • No major juggling in the funnel this week. Just the following move:
    • 'Option to always use private browsing' holding on nightly pending outcome of user testing
  • In general, no major risks to any of the features currently in development.

iOS Happenings

  • Still waiting on go-ahead to add the large group of external testers
  • Whistler Goal? Create an End-Game plan with some target dates and release criteria.

  • Barbara Bermes (Sr Product Manager) will start June 22 in Whistler with us - please make sure you say hi to her! She'll be working on Android programs as well as cross-platform initiatives (exact ones TBD)
  • Verbal offer gone out (and accepted - awaiting paperwork) for our iOS Product lead, although start date will be late August
  • Sched conflict in Whistler re: iOS triage and Firefox all-hands Friday morning
