• We originally were going to add two locales to this release, but pulled back on them due to banners not being ready for import.

Nov. 16th

• NEW: Date used is now the date of the release, because that would be the sane thing to do.

Nov. 23rd

Pre-Push

1. Add banners for new locales to stage, including images, and test.
2. Export from stage, test on production dump
   • Bug for prod dump

Post-Push

1. Import banners to production.
2. Remove Recruiting banners from all locales except en-US
