The purpose of this meeting is to have check-in on the status of the Mark Up dark launch.

Status

Previous Action Items

• Michael C - Continue security testing.
• Brez - Fix https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=659490
• Matt - Commence load testing.
• Matt - Send status update on Tuesday 5/31.

Updates

• TBG - Said they were all done.
• TBG has been very responsive in the past 24 hours.

• Matt
  • Successfully submitted 3,000 fairly complex marks in 5 minutes.
  • Will do more performance testing with JMeter
  • Submitted duplicates; returned 200s.
  • Will begin verifying the bugs and regression testing today.
  • Site is not displaying properly in IE9; but only on some systems.
  • Feeling good outside of the IE9

  • Fixed a number of issues
  • Happy with perfomance

• Laura
  • Admin panel does not work perfectly, but it works
  • May file bugs for 1.1 milestone
  • Realized that video of Evan mentions phase 2 and phase 3 - needs to get a new version of video
  • Getting marketing pushes re-lined up
    • Preference for a push on Tuesday and releasing announcement on Wednesday and snippets on Thursday

• Corey
  • Asked Matt to re-run test against dev to figure out where it breaks.

• Stas
  • We're good.
  • Updated strings; will get those translated from last week.

  • Verified all videos

• Matt - Begin regression testing and verification
• Stas - Continue L10N tasks
• Matt - Load test against stage for verification
• Corey - Will need to update production on Tuesday
• MPressman - Will need to update database by deleting existing marks or re-import / migrate data
• Laura - Schedule next meeting for go / no-go.
