• WP doesn’t do multilingual out of the box
• Plugin available that isn’t free but is cheap ($80)
  • Craig will expense it.
• Want to avoid multiple WP instances
• Need to find a way to have one instance that supports multiple translations
• other plugins are available
• Craig will do more tinkering
• once we’ve confirmed we can do this, build WP theme for entire press center

• Press Center front page is a blog; each post is a press release
• a few custom page templates ie at a glance.
• Speaker bios each one WP post with custom post type.

• Everything looks doable.

• IT need to make it seamlessly integrate
• Set up and installation pretty straightforward
• Security will review theme code

• Will want to have everything in place and then flip a switch to go live
• Jake will be able to answer questions about how.

• basic theme straightforward
• need to make it localizable: nav, page titles, etc
• a few custom page templates.

• Won’t be code complete by Nov 28
• Craig’s start date for dev work is Nov 28

Best case scenario

• Code complete Dec 9.
• Allow 1 week for infrasec
• Content coordinated and added in parallel.
• Could go live Dec 19 - 23.
• Tentative go live Jan 12.
