Landed on trunk and 1.9.1.  However, scope was reduced dramatically to make 3.5b4.  Ability to define specific time range was removed.  See the depends and blocking lists at {{bug|480169}} for all the fall-out bugs.
Will re-evaluate this sprint at a later date.  {{bug|490679}} is tracking follow-up.  Tentatively plan to present user with a view of recently visited sites (clumped together, instead of individual pages), possibly incorporating user's Places usage to display recent history by access patterns (e.g., started a recent "session" by typing a site into the address bar or visiting a bookmark).
