Perhaps clicking on Question (Ask?) would make a popup window where the student could input a question. And other students could click on whatever the icon is and look at that question. Prof could also click on Respond to answer. So there could be multiple icons: Question/Comment/Respond. (we can definitely continue the discussion on the Google group listed at the top of the page! --Sam)
