* make getOurIP() in helper python scripts less dependent on dns/socket
* add code to try and detect when buildslave is in a zombie attached state and force restart it
* split logs into tegra specific files
* move startup/teardown tegra/slave code into another process so that event doesn't block main event loop
* add telnet interface for commands: status, start, stop, info
