I use one of them, I know about another, and I'm vaguely aware of the third. If I wanted to give pointers to all three, so that, in answer to a support question, I could give the user the choice, where would I find them? *Good suggestion about making the different types of discussions easy to find. The Forums page on www.mozilla.org has a way to link to all three options at once -- for instance, see http://www.mozilla.org/about/forums/#announce -- so we could pull out relevant forums for where you are in the universe and link to the relevant section of that Forums page. -- David | |||
