== Rewards and Reporting ==
We strive to reward exceptional contributions with recognition, exposure, and other benefits -- and Student Reps who exhibit exceptional leadership and a willingness to take on new projects are no exception to this tradition. We ask Student Reps to submit documentation upon completing projects and milestones to measure progress within the program. Reports, surveys, and case studies are regularly exchanged between Reps, the Community Manager, and Regional Leaders to facilitate the advancement of contributors and the overall goals. To learn more about these guidelines [[ReMo/Student_Reps/Reports_Incentives|click here]].
The Student Reps program strives to empower students who want to help spread Firefox and Mozilla's mission. While representing Mozilla at your college or university, you'll have many opportunities to grow and be recognized within the Mozilla community.

Student Reps who put the most effort in to their projects will get the most out of their overall experience. Read on about some of the rewards that await you as a Student Rep! And see the [[ReMo/Student_Reps/Projects/Reporting|Project Reporting section]] to find out how you can stand out and get recognized.
