Hi there. My name's Steve.

I'm not a programmer or developer, but I created this account so I could post the odd tip on improving Seamonkey's usability.
I had been a fan of the Mozilla Suite for quite a while, and when Firefox was released I was... unimpressed. It was slow, unstable and very buggy. I couldn't help but think the Mozilla Foundation had made the same mistake as Netscape before it - abandon a working piece of software to start again. That mistake wiped out Netscape, but seems to have done wonders for Mozilla's public profile.
Anyway, although Firefox has improved, it's still nowhere near as robust, responsive, and full-featured as Seamonkey. (The last version of Firefox I used was 2.0.1)
As I find ways of making Seamonkey more usable (like enabling icons in the bookmarks) I'll be posting them to the tips section of the FAQ.
Happy browsing :-)
