==What forms will the Open Sessions take?==
The emphasis in Open Sessions will be on discussion and knowledge sharing, and formats are intended to be dialog-oriented and hands-on rather than lecture or presentation. We will discourage use of slideware, and instead invite Open Session facilitators to let questions and participant interests shape the course of their sessions. Learning by doing, co-creating and co-designing formats will be especially encouraged.
