Hi! Is it only your own opinion and decision? We believe Mozilla could benefit from ReactOS in not so far future.

Hi - this list is for projects that Mozilla currently uses and relies on. If we start using ReactOS in a significant way in our infrastructure, it can be added to the list. In the future, MOSS may have a track for giving grants to projects in the wider open source community, but that isn't there yet.
