Ordering Guidelines for Splendider Gear

Approved uses for Splendider Gear include:

• Speaker gift (Conference, Mozilla event, Brown-bag)
• Prize for winners of an official Mozilla contest

• In recognition of a situational special effort of a paid staff or volunteer
• Paid-staff (special occasions)
• Gifts to Press or for Press Tours
• Select Stock at Mozilla Spaces (as ordered by the MozSpace Rep)
• For a special visitor to a Mozilla office/space
• Campaigns (Mobile, Desktop, B2G, Apps, Persona, Add-ons, Marketing, etc)
• On-boarding (paid staff + volunteers)
• Large scale MoCo events (e.g. MozCamp)
• Mozilla Rituals (Year End Event)
• Events at MozSpaces (Regional Meetings, Support Days)
• Select Developer and Contributor Engagement Events (MDN Hack Day, InterCommunity Meet-ups)
• Recruiting
• Special giveaways at industry events, large-scale Mozilla-driven events, ReMo events
