OOM Allocation Histogram

• Find all crashes in the past N days in Firefox-release-latest, Which have a value in OOMAllocationSize
• Group by crash signature

After collection, create a report for each signature indicating the histogram of OOMAllocationSize values. Highlight the crashes signatures which have a few different variable sizes. Highlight signatures where OOMAllocationSize appears to be an underflowed value (greater than 0xFFFF0000).
