Windows Mobile

Wrote dynamic INF file creation and CABWIZ processing python script to produce compressed CAB files by running make in $(OBJDIR)/mobile/installer directory for mobile-browser.

Worked with Nelson and wtc to get NSPRPUB PR Test modifications for WinMobile checked in.

Split WinMobile build instructions into 3 pages, updating and simplifying to reflect current state of mozilla-central and fennec.

Worked on getting TELNETD working as a CAB install for debug and regression testing on-device.
