- Build interest and participation in qa/testing efforts such as windmill
- Educate and instruct on how to leverage Mozilla platform and web platform
- Have Mozilla be a visible supporter of this new non-profit, all open-source conference

- Checking to see if additional employees will attend (Dietrich)
- Ship swag (Mary) for bags & give away - week of June 8th
- Ship booth gear (Mary) - banner, table cloth
- Check to see if there is a RC test day for the hacker day
Promoting event:
- Dietrich blogging
- Mary to tweet with official Firefox account
- Mary to add to Spread Firefox
- Project wiki: Mary will update and Dietrich will give announcement
Audience:
- OS developers. a lot of ppl who went to OSCon last year, but didn't go this year. much cheaper than OSCon.
- Google came in at 5-10k level
- personages: chris messina, OSU OSL, CouchDB peeps, identica
Targeting: developers: server side, qa, extension developers, xulrunner. also community builders.
