Labs/Ubiquity/Ubiquity 0.5 Making Commands Localizable

In Ubiquity 0.5 added the ability for command feeds bundled with Ubiquity to be localized. To learn more about localizing commands, read this tutorial.

Community commands (those hosted on individual servers, locally, or on the herd), however, cannot be localized at this time.
