Page Info should moved into tabs like the Add-ons manager. The Media Panel should allow thumbnail preview and the ability to safely preview plug-ins.

Goals

1. Move Page Info out of a dialog and into a tab
2. Reduce the Chrome scripting needed for Page Info tabs
3. Add thumbnail preview for Media items
4. Add preview ability for plug-ins
5. Include more features to control media items
   1. View in a new tab
   2. Copy Image
   3. Copy Image URL
   4. Copy Image Description
   5. Etc.
6. Add more advanced image information where needed (EXIF, Color profile, etc.)
7. Rename it?
