To propose a new feature for Firefox Desktop, Firefox Mobile, Jetpack, Services, or Platform you must first create a feature page for it by going here and following the directions: Create a new feature page.

When you are ready to put your feature into the Inbox, change its "Stage" to "Feature Inbox" and it will be automatically added here. Magic!
