It would be a good idea to manage referer header permission on a site-by-site basis too.

It also would be a great to have feature if there were per site security settings. This would include Java, ActiveX, XUL, Javascript etc. The default settings would then be derived on creating a new per site setting with the new per site setting overriding some or all of the global default settings.

The Language setting can be also added to per-site options.

I would like to add a per-site Text-Only option, both as a permanent choice for any bookmarked site (changeable via right-click menu) and perhaps even as a hot-key (i.e. holding alt-t when clicking a link or bookmark entry).
