On Feb 24 2007 at 06:30, bl-bldxp01/trunk experienced a service outage for ~36 hours.

What was effected:

Tests of Firefox trunk on Windows.

What was the cause of the outage:

The tinderbox process was showing as <defunct> in the process table.

What will be done to prevent this in the future:

Coop restarted tinderbox in a new shell.
