e10s updates (zombie)

• • got content events for tabs working (mostly)
    • except for tabs.open({inNewWindow})
    • traits are magic (and not the good kind)
  • ~half the tab tests passing, slogging through other issues
    • tabs/utils getTabForContentWindow() throws with e10s enabled
    • tab.getThumbnail() crashes the child process with e10s enabled
  • bug 791098 need the new async thumbnail module
    • for both e10s and fennec reasons
    • so that we can deprecate getThumbnail() ASAP
