additionally, the browser should provide a preview page, so the user can confirm that he/she has the right feed

Goals/Use Cases

Allow users to (1) tap on an RSS link in a webpage or (2) access feeds referenced in a page's headers; see a preview to confirm they want to subscribe; pass the feed along to an RSS reader (for the outset, the on-device default; possibly also an online one like google reader)

Non Goals

A full in-browser RSS reader
