Perceived performance in a localization tool is to be kept in mind on features.
Performance is key to a enjoyable localization work, and thus all features need to pay attention to this. Performance is notably perceived performance, so if there's a feature that enables a particular workflow to happen much faster than without, that'll be highlighted.
