• Discussed some user feedback and talked about turning this into some Q3 goals:
  • Improve mid-air collisions.
  • Keywords/tags with comments--can use to automatically collapse some comments.

• Deduplication successfully completed.

ServiceNow

• There is no definitive list of error codes/messages, so we need some investigative testing in order to determine how Bugzilla should respond to ServiceNow errors
