Operations Updates

• Status on python 2.7 upgrade...
  • travis runs tests in 2.7.11 now
  • some terraform bugs still to iron out
  • jp needs to debug/trial-and-error some more
  • will needs some more testing (regarding statsd) and will "return" the stage environment to jp once things are working
• re'ification of stage submitter
  • jp is able to work on this in parallel whilst waiting for stage to be available for "debugging"

• On Hold. Will added statsd code to the collector to capture incoming crash report sizes. Will is verifying that code today. Will is also working out the requirements for the processor.
