- ToCopy - this dir needs to be processed
- Done - files copied to netapp
- FinalSyncOnly - files that change frequently and hopefully don't use too much space, to be transferred during the migration on the final sync
- FinalSyncWithDelete - files that might have changed since the original sync, which weren't originally on archive.m.o, and we should use --delete on the rsync
- NeedsUpdate - old content that needs updating
