Getting to hotel
- Taxi service - Ioana Chiorean - Oryx Taxi Zagreb - VW Passat, vehicle number XX. Welcoming her on airport. Taxi paid in advance.

- All taxi drivers will have route programmed in advance and there should be no additional costs. In case expense is higher than calculated, do not pay anything. All bills will be forwared to me, as agreed with Oryx Taxi.
- Car keeping - Brian King, Matjaž Horvat - organized on guarded parking lot, located behind hotel. All fees for car keeping are paid in advance. They are also responsible in case of any kind of damage. Car keeping organized for Saturday and Sunday. Parking lot marked on map: http://g.co/maps/gb25d

Refunds
Refunds will be given in person when guests arrive in Zagreb. They will also be asked to confirm that they recieved their money.

Accomodation
Accomodation for our guest participants is booked in Hotel Dubrovnik. According to their wishes, they are put in appropriate kind of room.

Your rooms are already reserved and we made payments for them. I should welcome you all in Hotel Dubrovnik and help you with check-ins. In case you are not with me, mention Mozilla Croatia and receptionist should check you in.
Check in: from 1400H, but if you arrive before that time, there is a great chance that you can get in your room. In case that your room is not ready, you will be offered to leave your luggage in wardrobe. Please, do so.
Check out: by 1300H. Again, your stuff will be kept in wardrobe in case the room will need to be emptied.
There is a free WiFi and "high speed" internet in Hotel and your rooms.
Food
Meals will be organized during whole event.
Guests have breakfast in Hotel Dubrovnik.
Hotel Breakfast starts from 0630H.
Lunches and dinners are organized in restaurants around town.
