Drumbeat.org 2011 Roadmap -- Paul Osman
- Paul presented plan for drumbeat.org site reboot

- Need to add theory of change for drumbeat.org
- Will help get new kinds of people contributing to Mozilla and the web
- Also: trying to influence how people think about building social web sites
- Modeling a better way to build social web apps
- Not a walled garden but an open system based on standards
- You don't need to do everything on this web site
- Show what this looks like when you do things completely in the open
- Help technologists and non-tech people work together
- How will Bataucada help do this?
- Should have theory and metrics around participation
- A 'job board but less lame'
- Should talk more about 2010 achievements
- What user levels did we get to? What community progress did we make?
