Checklist
- One week before
- Submit an Air Mozilla event request
- Create an etherpad agenda
- Email the Engagement leads asking them to add agenda items to the etherpad
- Post to Engagement Basecamp site with etherpad agenda and ask for people to add items
- 1-2 days before
- Confirm AV support with Air Mozilla team
- Follow up with speakers on the agenda to get their slides
- Compile all slides that will be shown from your computer
- Delegate two people to help. One person to monitor #engagement for questions and technical issues and another person to take notes on etherpad.
- Day of the meeting
- Arrive 30 minutes early to get set up and test Air Mozilla stream
- After the meeting
- Reply to the Basecamp thread
Ideas for next meeting
- Cover the lightning talks at the beginning of the meeting. New order: Announcements, lightning talks, updates (strategy/product/waves).
- Limit all speakers to 3 minutes unless there is a special topic that needs more time. Enforce the time limit with an onscreen timer.
