Engagement/Integrated Marketing/Getting Started/Participation

Initiatives and projects tend to do best when we enable the broader community to participate and amplify our efforts. You should create a participation plan in a Google Doc or some other collaborative editor. Once defined, you should create a wiki page for it and later link it to your project hub. Participants could be other Engagement people, other employees, or any contributor around the world. Even though every project has unique constraints and that may put constraints on open participation, it should still be discussed and determined before you kick-off the project.
