As part of the Free software movement, Mozilla has an open, participatory, decentralized, distributed, highly effective way of working. Come and learn how we tick and how you can use those ideas to impart these values to your project, and get more people involved.
This is an interactive session, not a talk or lecture - come prepared to think, discuss and debate.
