roundtable

  • handoff to RelEng missing l10n milestones with 7.0, 7.0.1.
    • putting manual check in place before starting tagging/building - while we figure out what if anything can be automated.
  • Alex and Christian are discussing the future of these meetings. Initial thought:
    • Release management triages every day
      • Taking notes, explaining reasoning, etc
    • Release management leaves contentious bugs alone and puts an initial thinking in the bug
    • We have Tuesday afternoon Thursday morning PDT meetings
      • Deal with contentious bugs
      • Invite people to contest their bugs
      • Focus on the bugs we are tracking, with explicit DRIs
