Firefox 2 RC3 l10n Results

Must test:

  • tier 1: de*, en-GB*, en-US*, es-ES*, fr*, ja*, pl*
  • tier 2: cs*, da*, es-AR*, fi*, hu*, it*, ko*, nl*, pt-BR*, ru*, sv-SE*, tr*, zh-CN*, zh-TW*

Spot check if time permits:

  • tier 3: not certain of this list (are the South African locales in or out?)

Tracy's results

Signed up for half the total tier 1 and tier 2 locales.

General notes: first run page 404 is resolved. However it now loads http://<locale>.www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/2.0/firstrun/

startup.homepage_welcome_url is http://<locale>.www.mozilla.com/<locale>/firefox/2.0/firstrun/

Perhaps this is a server side redirect until the localized pages go live? Axel confirms this is expected behavior.
