Notes from the last Executive Team weekly meeting

  • Strategy retreat - Prepared for monthly leadership call in advance of the upcoming strategy retreat. Reviewed the early draft of the AI Theory of Change that was to be shared with directors. The top-level outcomes are what we shared with staff at All Hands. The focus of the retreat will be on honing short-term outcomes, mapping existing and potential activities to those outcomes, reviewing and providing feedback on key stakeholders, and clarifying next steps as it relates to 2020 planning.
