• remaining issues, AOM needs to recognize jpm-created add ons and race condition with jpm add ons starting earlier and running into hidden window [jpm https://github.com/mozilla/jpm/issues/93 | sdk https://bugzil.la/1037975 ]
• connor has API proposal, showing it around
• mossop has working prototype, need to get tests running with it, mochitestification
• no one has anything they need to add to 1.17 that hasn't already
