- Screen does not redraw on window resize
- Links in header are not clickable - set href and z-index for these
- Should add HTML alternative (table, unordered list) in absence of JS
- Provide a close button for window overlays/pop-ups
- Needs an "about" page
- Needs a favicon
- Should de-select the selected "tab" when another tab is selected? or is that intended?
- Should use HTML5 doctype?
