I CERTIFY UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY that I am an agent authorized to act
on behalf of Burberry Limited ("IP Owner"), the owner of certain
intellectual property rights, specifically federal trademark
registrations U.S. Reg. No. 260,843 (issued August 27, 1929) and U.S.
Reg. No. 510,077 (issued May 24, 1949) for the BURBERRY word mark, U.S.
Reg. No. 1,241,222 (issued June 7, 1983) and U.S. Reg. No. 2,022,789
(issued December 17, 1996) for the BURBERRY CHECK trademark, and U.S.
Reg. No. 863,179 (issued January 7, 1969) for the EQUESTRIAN KNIGHT
DEVICE.


I have a good faith belief that the materials found through the link
below are not authorized by the IP Owner, its agent, or the law and
therefore infringe the IP Owner's rights according to state, federal, or
