JavaScript will be used as an option for enriching user experience. We want to make it as smooth and intuitive as possible. It has to improve experience, not overload it and it has to be gradually falling back to non-JS experience. There may be no vital function for the website that is not accessible without JS.

Current choice for library is JQuery.
