A Single Voice - Collaborating with Global Communities

Proposed Track: Community Building & Collaboration

Summary: As you already know, Mozilla is a uniquely disbursed community with remote contributors helping move the project forward from around the world. But how do you work with others when they’re so far away, or even in a different time zones? This session will focus on the best ways to work with others locally and globally, with a focus on both synchronous and asynchronous group collaboration. We will also dive into what this all means for the Mozilla community and how and when it works best.
