Mozillaca/hansschmucker/Spam

Mozillaca has a bit of a spam problem. Not the typical spam situation where there are a lot of spam messages (since the moderators can and do handle that pretty well), but a lot of profile spam (accounts with no messages, just a link under their profile).

The problem is that right now there are really no basic rules to decide if an account is a spam account or just a user with a link, other than following the link and deciding if the content of linked page makes it likely that this is spam.

Maybe we could take a page from the usual forum moderation rules in order to simplify the matter somewhat. For example:

• New accounts with no posts are deleted within one week.
• If two or more posts seem like spam, the user gets deleted.
• Inactive accounts get deleted after 3 months.

... you get the idea.
