About Us
Firefox Club at NIT Hamirpur aims at creating and spreading awareness about various Mozilla products and projects in the campus and in the nearby places. Firefox Club of NIT Hamirpur works closely with Computer Science Engineers Community and GNU's Linux User Group of NIT Hamirpur to organize Workshops, awareness sessions and many hands-on sessions. MozVision
This was the official orientation of firefox club of NIT Hamirpur. The event held on January 25, 2015 was graced by the presence of faculty of Computer Science and Engineering Department.
Introduction to Mozilla Appmaker
A workshop was organized by the club to introduce the students to the famous Mozilla Appmaker. The workshop was taken by Sagar Karira. Apart from that, there was a talk on Net Neutrality and some famous extensions of Mozilla firefox.
