Do a set of widely-distributed brief surveys that reaching out to the following major groups (and that asks them questions such as). We both want to:

• identify large trends
• understand how the major trends are viewed by the major groups of key participants.
• raise awareness of education programs focused on FLOSS nad participatory onlikne projects (like Wikipedia) and relevant resources (such as relevant Mozilla programs, COSTAR, CDOT and so on)

With each survey, we will ask permission to publish participant responses anonymously, permission to contact the individual in the future, permission to contact the individual to followup on the survey questions and, in some cases, permission to identify participants with their responses.
