Purpose

• To let any (experienced to QMO or not) user go to a desired destination inside/outside QMO within one click from the home page.
• Each link is worded in the point of view of an action rather than a destination (like the current "Quick Links" navbar for users that have never been to QMO or have been involved with the MozQA Community.
