  • Top issues:
    • bug 545892 Plugins kill aero glass effect
    • bug 597932 Don't remove RSS button from URL box
    • bug 601565 Disable close App Tabs by clicking the mouse scroll wheel
    • App Tabs should avoid accidental closing, according to development plan
  • Work:
    • Smoketests against Linux (Ubuntu 10.04 x64), MAC OS X 10.6 - PASS
    • BFTs against Win7 (32b)
      • No blocking situations found
      • No abnormal crashes
  • Questions/Issues:
    • I get no MAC build for OS X 10.6 (Intel).

Fennec Updates

  • Performing release testing on Mobile Firefox 4 Beta 1
    • No blockers yet
  • Will need to get back onto nightlies on Wednesday

  • last week & today:
    • run smoketests daily (Android 2.2 Motorola Droid 2 and Android 2.1 HTC Desire)
    • run OS and BFTs for Android 2.2 on Motorola Droid 2
    • started BFTs for Android 2.1
  • yesterday:
    • run the BFTs for 4.0b1 candidate : AwesomeBar, Form Assistant, Panning & Zooming, Sharing, Sync
    • could not do: RTL Support - no support for Arabic Languages on HTC Desire ; Feedback - Feedback is missing in the control panel on the Android platform

  • Status:
    • ran Smoke tests on Nokia N900 - GTK and QT builds
    • ran BFT's and OS integration tests on Maemo GTK build (Nokia N900)
    • (yesterday) ran Smoke tests on release candidate build for Nokia N900
  • Issues: no blocker issues found
