 - Reftest patch broke the shell, consensus right now is fix the problem.
 - Js/tests are outside the build environment for the tree, need to move js/tests/ to js/src/tests and that fixes the shell and the js reftest.
 - Dual manifests got some push back, reworked to only us one.

- Final stage of testing the patch right now
 - Dave Mandelin incorporated the manifest in his new version of shell tests, almost complete, will be checking it out, fixing it to mirror the reftest patch.
